Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently cannot ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (for express and overnight shipping)
- Military APO/FPO addresses (contact us for alternatives)
- Certain restricted countries
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn't receive it, please contact us within 48 hours. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (November-December), processing and shipping times may be extended. We recommend:
